1. Private by design
Pilo Talk is built to be private. There is no social feed, no friends list, and no 'share your progress' feature anywhere. Your lessons, quiz answers, and reflections stay on your device and never leave it unless you explicitly opt in.
2. Information we collect
We collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use Pilo Talk, this may include:
- Account data — if you choose to create an account, an email address and authentication details.
- Purchase data — subscription status, handled by the App Store (we never see your card details).
- Diagnostic data — anonymous, aggregated crash and usage signals to improve the app.
- On-device data — your progress and answers, which stay local to your device.
3. How we use it
We use the limited data we collect to:
- Run, secure, and improve the Service.
- Manage your subscription and respond to support requests.
- Understand aggregate, anonymised usage so we can make better lessons.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
4. What we never do
We never sell your personal data. We never build advertising profiles from your sexual-health activity, and we do not share what you learn or answer inside the app with anyone.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Because most data lives on your device, deleting the app removes it. For anything tied to an account, contact us and we'll help.
